Katie and Storm Bay Events and Catering provided the canapes, dinner, dessert and drinks for 70+ people at our March 2024 wedding.
When planning the menu, Katie provided us a great array of options and was open to tailoring the menu to suit our individual needs (including tiramisu for dessert). She also effortlessly catered for various dietary requirements, including gluten free, coeliac and nut-free needs.
On the day, we had multiple guests commenting that the oysters were the best they had ever had!
Later in the night she transitioned to our bar manager, and managed to keep up with the extremely high demand for fresh margaritas and espresso martinis.
